Really good book that I probably underestimate because I have been following Peter and alot of this stuff for a long time. So i feel like he takes too long to say things but probably a bit unfair.

Overall obviously meticulously thought out and researched comprehensive view on all aspects of health

  • Cardio (zone 2 + zone 5)
  • Strength (muscle and bone matters a LOT as we age)
  • Nutrition (TR, CR, FR) but main takeaway is if you are relatively metabolically healthy this is the least impactful lever. Fasting helps fix really bad problems

ANd finally he had a chapter on mental health at the end that was probably the best of the book. Talekd a little about his Trauma led to perfectionism and anger and how he is dealing with it and getting better (its a journey)
